摘要 表观遗传学是指在基因的DNA序列不发生改变的情况下,基因表达水平与功能发生的改变,它包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白的共价修饰等。近年来研究发现,表观遗传机制可能调控着糖尿病的发生和发展。淋巴细胞组蛋白甲基化的改变,可能引起1型糖尿病。而组蛋白修饰的改变,可能导致2型糖尿病"代谢记忆"的产生。因此,表观遗传研究有可能为人们阐明糖尿病的病因和其并发症的发生机制。 The epigenetics refers to the alteration of gene expression and function without the change of DNA sequence,including methylation of DNA and covalent modification of histone.It has been recently found that epigenetic mechanism may control the occurrence and progress of diabetes mellitus.The change of histone methylation in lymphocytes may lead to the occurrence of diabetes mellitus type 1.The "memory of metabolism" in diabetes mellitus type 2 may be caused by the alteration of histone modification.Therefore,the epigenetic study may reveal the etiopathogenisis of diabetes mellitus and its complications.
