摘要
目的探讨亚低温对急性重度颅脑损伤患者的治疗作用。方法选择急性重度颅脑损伤患者86例,随机分为两组,对照组和治疗组均给常规治疗,而治疗组另加用亚低温治疗,观察两组治疗前后血清白细胞介素10(IL-10)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平的变化。结果治疗前两组血清IL-10和TNF-α水平总体高于正常人,经治疗后,对照组与治疗组血清IL-10和TNF-α均有不同程度的降低,但治疗组明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论亚低温治疗能够降低急性重度颅脑损伤患者血清IL-10和TNF-α水平,是一种安全、有效的治疗急性重度颅脑损伤的方法之一。
Objective To explore the effect of hypothermia therapy on the the severe acute craniocerebral injury patient.Methods 86 cases of the acute severe craniocerebral injury patients were randomly divided into two groups,in the control group and the treatment group were both given routine therapy,and the treatment group plus the hypothermia therapy,observeing the changes in the level of serum interleukin 10(IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups.ResultsThe serum IL-10 and TNF-α level of the two groups was overall higher than normal before treatment,after treating they both dgreed,but the treatment group was lower significantly,there had significant differences(P0.01).ConclusionHypothermia therapy can reduce the level of serum IL-10 and TNF-α in severe acute craniocerebral injury patient.It is one of safe and effective ways in the treatment of acute severe craniocerebral injury.
