一株文蛤弧菌的筛选及鉴定

Screening and identification of a clam Vibrio

从发病的文蛤中筛选到1株菌株MP-1,对其进行了常规的生理生化鉴定及16SrDNA鉴定。从形态、生理生化、系统发育学、16SrDNA基因序列同源性等方面分析,菌株MP-1可以鉴定为弧菌属(Vibrio)溶藻弧菌,暂命名为Vibrio Alginolyticus.MP。

A bacterial strain MP-1 isolated from incidence clams was classified and identified in this study. The traditional physiological and biochemical methods were applied in the bacterial classification.To investigate the phylogenetic position of this bacterium,the 16SrDNA of MP-1 was sequenced and compared with that of the correlative strains.Based on the results obtained,the bacterial strain MP-1 was identified as Vibrio alginolyticus. For most of the antibiotic susceptibility tests showed resistance.
