城乡统筹背景下小学语文教师培养模式探析

摘要 在统筹城乡教育发展与改革的背景下,我国职前教师培养模式仍存在诸多不相适应的问题。本文通过把"研训一体"的职后培养模式与职前师范教育相结合,在汉语言文学专业探索并改造为以"工学结合"为特征的职前职后一体化培养模式,简称为"1+2.5+0.5"模式,进而实现小学语文教师培养在目标设定、课程设置、教学设计等方面的系列改革。 In the background of coordinating the development and reformation of urban and rural education,the pre-service teacher training mode is not compatible with the demands of the market.Through combining post-service training mode of"the unity of research and training" with the pre-service normal education,we reform the Chinese Literature Specialty as the unified pre-and in-service training mode characteristic of the "combination of work and learning".This mode is shortened as the mode "1+2.5+0.5".We intend to realize a series of reforms in setting objectives,designing curriculum and planning teaching for the Chinese teacher training of primary schools.
