摘要
研究了壳聚糖-Zn配合物对尿素的吸附行为和壳聚糖分子量对尿素吸附性能的影响。正交试验结果表明,壳聚糖-Zn对尿素的吸附最佳组合为A5B4C3D4,即尿素溶液的初始浓度为3.5mg/mL,反应温度为55℃,pH值为4.5,反应时间为7h时,壳聚糖-Zn对尿素的吸附量达到最大值260.414 mg/g。在同一条件下,壳聚糖分子量对壳聚糖-Zn吸附尿素能力影响的大小顺序为50kDa>10kDa>5kDa。
The absorption performance of chitosan-Zn complexes for urea and the effect of chitosan molecular weight on absorption performance were studied.Orthogonal experiment results showed that the best adsorption condition was A5B4C3D4.That was,the initial concentration of urea solution was 3.5 mg/mL,and temperature was 55℃,pH4.5,reaction time 7h,the maximum adsorption capacity was 260.414 mg/g.Under the same conditions,the adsorption capacity of chitosanZn which chitosan with molecular weight 50kDa for urea was strongest and chitosan with molecular weight 10kDa was second place.
