三种高钢级大直径焊管残余应力分布规律研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用盲孔法较为系统地对UOE,JCOE和SAWH三种管型的高钢级大直径焊管的残余应力进行了测试,获得了三种管型焊管残余应力分布规律。UOE焊管的残余应力水平较低,分布较均匀,平均周向应力水平为28 MPa,峰值周向拉应力为104 MPa,在焊缝内壁出现;JCOE焊管的残余应力水平略高于UOE焊管,分布均匀性较UOE焊管差,平均周向拉应力为73 MPa,峰值周向拉应力为183 MPa,出现在焊缝外壁;SAWH焊管的峰值应力高于直缝焊管,其峰值周向应力为407 MPa,在焊缝内壁出现。 The residual stress of 3 kinds of large diameter welded pipe with high grade of UOE,JCOE and SAWH was tested by firstly adopting blind-hole method,and the residual stress distribution rule was received.The residual stress of UOE welded pipe is low,its distribution is uniform,the uniform circumferential stress is 28 MPa,the peak of circumferential stress is 104 MPa,and appears in weld inside surface;the residual stress of JCOE welded pipe is higher than that of UOE welded pipe,distribution uniformity is lower than that of UOE welded pipe,the average circumferential stress is 73 MPa,the peak of circumferential stress is 183 MPa,and appears in weld outside surface;the residual stress peak of SAWH welded pipe is higher than that of longitudinal welded pipe,the peak of circumferential stress is 407 MPa,and appears in weld inside surface.
