摘要
对比了HFW焊管和无缝管的性能差异,提出HFW焊管无缝化的概念,包括几何无缝化和物理无缝化两个方面。介绍了HFW的焊接机理及焊缝特点,以及实现HFW焊管无缝化的3种物理处理方式,即焊缝在线热处理,焊管整体热张力减径和焊管整体热处理。比较分析了这3种物理处理方式的生产工艺、关键装备及其无缝化效果。
After comparing property difference between HFW pipe and seamless pipe,this article put forward seamless process concept for HFW pipe,including geometric seamless process and physical seamless process.In this article,it introduced HFW welding mechanism and weld characteristics,as well as three physical disposal methods,such as weld online heat treatment,hot stretch-reducing and heat treatment for whole welded pipe.It analyzed these three kinds of physical disposal methods from several aspects,such as production process,key equipment and seamless process effect.
