简要介绍了俄罗斯远东萨哈林地区干线输气管道的建设情况。由于俄罗斯远东萨哈林地区气温偏低,管道对接焊接时要进行焊前预热、伴焊加热和焊后热处理。介绍了管道焊接接头焊前预热、伴焊加热和焊后热处理应选用的设备,管道焊接接头预热时两种КЭН-4-3电加热器的安装方法及分组加热热处理循环工艺过程,热处理规范和技术标准文件的制定过程等,对我国干线天然气管道的建设有一定的参考价值。

This article briefly introducedthe construction status of trunk gas pipeline in far-east Sakhalin area in Russia.Because the temperature is very low in Sakhalin,so it is necessary to conduct preheating,welding accompanied with heating and heat treatment post welding.It introduced equipment which should be selected in the three kinds of heat treatment process,the installation methods for 2 kinds of КЭН-4-3 electricity heater,heat treatment recycling technique process and setup standard documents course in the heat treatment specification and technology.This will provide reference to China trunk gas pipeline construction.
