摘要
传统的药型罩将铜、钨等几种金属粉末及粘结剂按照一定的质量比进行机械混合。这种混合型金属粉末在压制过程中容易造成药型罩各部分质量分布不均匀,从而影响药型罩的总体性能,最终降低了射孔弹的穿孔性能和稳定性。利用化学置换法将铜、钨金属制成包覆型复合粉末,应用于射孔弹药型罩的制造。经实验证明,采用包覆型复合金属粉末能有效改善药型罩的成分偏析等不足。与同等成分的混合型金属粉末相比较,其射孔深度提高9.4%,射孔深度标准差降低了40%。
The traditional metal liner is made of copper, tungsten and other agglomerants in a certain proportion by mechanical metal admixture. During depressing process, the metal liner has asymmetrical density distribution in some part, which affects the performance of metal liners. So, perforation ability and stability of perforators are decreased. The cooper and tungsten powder is depressed to cladding compound powder by chemical displacement method, and it is applied in the manufacture of metal liner. Experiments proved that the cladding compound metal power can improve liner component deviation, and the perforation depth increases by a factor of 9.4%, the standard deviation decreases by 40%.
