太钢180tLF炉低硅铝镇静钢的冶炼实践

摘要 研究了低硅铝镇静钢的增硅现象,提出了解决办法。结果表明,控制此类钢增硅量的主要的措施是控制钢中的Al的质量分数不过高、保证渣碱度、减少转炉下渣量以及合适的LF炉终渣。 The Solutions have be given from the study of The INCREASE SI phenomena Of the low Si Al-killed steel.The results show that the INCREASE SI controls of such silicon steel by the main measures are not too high Al content,Assurance of Slag Alkalinity,much less of the amount of slag from converter and the right end of LF furnace slag.
