Establishment and Practice of a Security Pathway of Narcotic Drugs Manegment

为规范麻醉药品的管理,根据国家法律法规的要求并吸收OHS-2001职业健康安全管理体系及ISO质量管理体系等管理方法,在借鉴临床路径管理方法的基础上,建立麻醉药品安全管理路径并实施。解决了麻醉药品使用不足和非法流失等问题,是一套成熟的管理理论和有效的管理方法。

In order to standardize narcotic drugs management and clinical use in our hospitall we established a security pathway of narcotic drugs manegment and used it in the clinics by learning from the method of clinical pathway. By conforming to relevant national laws and regulations and the method of OHSAS18001 and ISO9001, we had adopted a fairly complete, systematic administrative system. Experience over the past years has proved that the security pathway of narcotic drugs manegment has played positive roles and it solved the problems of narcotics drugs abuse as well as their insufficiently using for medical treatment. Therefore, it was the mature theory and effective Manegment approach.
