摘要
ICU危重病人常携带管道繁多,保证病人安全十分重要。指出缺乏有效的管道标识是导致差错事故的重要因素,加强管道标识化管理可有效预防差错。
The patients in intensive care unit （ICU） often take along various, complicated, similar appearance pipes to maintain the life. It is important to ensure the patients＇pipes working safely in nursing service. However, one of the most important risk factors for mistake and accident is insufficient effective sign. To enhance the administration of pipe sign is an effective way to safety management.
