摘要
为解决医院信息化带来的数据危机问题,医院需要进行信息资源规划。探讨了信息资源规划(IRP)技术方法,阐述了IRP的实践过程。认为,先实施信息资源规划,后组织数据平台建设,再进行应用系统开发将是一种较科学的信息化策略。
In order to solve the data crisis of hospital informationization, hospitals need information resources planning. The paper discussed technical methods of information resources planning, described the IRP practice on Normative Medical Service Price System reform. As for the informationization in hospital, information resource planning should be implemented first, and then the data platform should be organized, and development of application system will be a more scientific strategy.
