摘要
通过文献评阅,总结归纳了国内大型医用设备配置的管理措施、配置公平性、配置可行性三大类评价指标,提出政策建议:加强政策执行力度,完善管理制度;借鉴国际经验,改善配置公平性;做好科学论证,促进配置可行性;量化评价指标体系,开展综合评价等。
The study summarized the evaluation indicators of domestic large medical equipment allocation in three categories by literature review, including management measures, allocation equity, and allocation feasibility. It also offered corresponding policy recommendations： strengthen policy enforcement, improve management system; learn from international experience, improve the allocation fairness; provide scientific evidence to promote the allocation feasibility; develop evaluation index system and carry out comprehensive evaluation.
