摘要
介绍了复合材料的自修复技术及微胶囊自修复原理,提出在食品机械中采用加入微胶囊自修复材料的复合材料齿轮,实现食品机械减重、降噪.通过对新型齿轮复合材料试件摩擦过程中不同温度下的噪声数据分析和对比,探讨了自修复微胶囊对复合材料齿轮振动噪声性能的影响.实验结果表明,自修复微胶囊降低了齿轮的摩擦噪声.
The self-repair technology of composite materials and self-repair principles of microcapsules were introduced in this paper.The weight loss and noise reduction of machine in food machinery could be achieved by using the composite gear made of self-repair materials of microcapsules.The effect of self-repair microcapsules on the vibration of gear made of composite materials was revealed by analyzing noise data under different temperatures during the vibration of new gear made of composite materials.The results showed that self-healing microcapsules reduce the friction of the gear noise.
