摘要
上海长江大桥气候环境恶劣,而且为减轻钢桥自重桥面沥青铺装设计厚度4cm。为保证桥面铺装路用性能和耐久性,采用了80%SBS改性沥青与20%特立尼达湖沥青配置而成的TLA-SBS复合改性沥青SMA13混合料。详细介绍了本工程中TAL-SBS复合改性沥青及其SMA混合料技术标准、配合比设计和生产配合比验证、摊铺平整度控制技术、碾压工艺及其质量控制的要点。验收检测数据表明上述施工工艺满足工程要求,开放交通一年多路面质量完好,行车舒适。
Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge,in severe climate condition,only designed 4cm deck pavement to reduce bridge self-weight. In order to secure deck pavement performance and durability,it used TAL-SBS composite modified asphalt SMA13 mixture,which was mixed by 80%SBS modified asphalt and 20%Trinidad Lake Asphalt.This paper presented TAL-SBS composite modified asphalt and its mixture's technical standard,mixture design and production mixture validation,paving evenness control technique,rolling process,and their key points of quality control in this engineering.The acceptance testing data proved that above techniques is successful, after over one year traffic opening,deck pavement has friendly driving surface and no any distress.
