棱镜法面阵CCD垂直拼接的应用

摘要 为了满足面阵CCD遥感器的宽覆盖要求,对现有的小面阵CCD进行拼接,得到较大的成像像面,实现大面阵成像。本文从某航空遥感器的具体要求出发,提出了一种利用棱镜分光对两片面阵CCD进行光学拼接的方法,阐述了光学拼接的原理和装调方法。该方法将两片CCD垂直固定在棱镜座上,利用显微镜观测像面,确定像面位置,两成像像面共面误差小于0.02mm。再利用后工作距离较长的工具显微镜观测面阵CCD边缘,旋转微调机构调整CCD的位置,使面阵CCD长边平齐,短边搭接8个像元。该方法的拼接精度达到平行误差小于0.009mm。结果表明:此种方法结构简单、容易实现、占用空间尺寸小、拼接精度高,能够满足遥感器的要求。 In order to satisfy the need of wide coverage in remote sensor,several pieces of small plane array CCD were assembled and a large image surface was gained.Considering the specific request of a remote sensor,a method of optical assembly was proposed for two pieces of plane array CCD using dispersion prism.The principle and the means were also presented.Fixed on the two piece of CCD on prism's seat,by observation of image surface,confirm image surface,the value of coplanar error was less than 0.02mm.Further,use microscope of long work space to observation the edge of CCD,adjusting the position of CCD by micro-adjusting mechanism until the long sides of CCD coincided with each other,the short sides overlapped eight pixels.The value of parallel error was less than 0.009mm.The result showed that the method had the advantages of simple constitution,easy accomplishment,little space and high assembly precision which guaranteed the operating requirement of the remote sensor.
