摘要
介绍了一种基于LabWindows/CVI的随动系统传动比模拟方法,包括系统的硬件和软件设计。其硬件选用交流伺服电机、伺服控制器和编码器等;选用LabWindows/CVI作为上位机系统软件平台,通过调用运动控制卡中的动态函数库,可以对交流伺服电机的转速和转向进行控制,从而驱动随动系统受信仪,以完成被试执行电机到受信仪之间的传动比模拟任务。该系统在模拟舰炮随动系统中得到了成功应用。
This paper introduces a method of transmission ratio simulation of servo system based on LabWindows/CVI,including hardware design and software design.The hardware selects AC servo motor,servo controller and encoder.The virtual instrument design soft LabWindows/CVI was used as the host computer application's platform.Through calling dynamic function library in motion controlling card,the system can control the speed and direction of AC servo moto and drive the receiver of the servo system.So it can finish the task of transmission ratio simulation from execute motor to the receiver.The system was successfully used in the simulating naval gun servo system.
