摘要
采用分子荧光光度法对水中石油类物质进行检测,不仅克服了常用的重量法、红外分光光度法、非分散红外光度法或紫外分光光度法中存在的操作繁琐、费时费力、所用溶剂污染环境、影响人体健康等不足和缺陷,而且方法的灵敏度更高。
The petroleum oil substances in the water were measured by means of Molecule Fluorescence Photometry in the paper.The method has higher sensitivity,and overcame some disadvantages compared with common methods such as Gravimetric Method,Infrared Spectrophotometry,Non-disperse Infrared Spectrophotometry,and UV Spectrophotometry,which includes insufficient and defects of complex operation,time and vigour,environmental pollution and impact on human health.
