阐述将六西格玛设计理论方法引入产品开发的基本思想。以调质耐磨钢开发为例,运用各种六西格玛质量工具,成功开发出性能优良、稳定的钢板,并获得用户认可及实现批量生产。
The paper elaborates the method of Design for Six Sigma（DFSS） into the product development.Taking the development of quenched and tempered resistant steel as an example,steel plates with high quality and reliable performance can be developed successfully based on various quality tools of Six Sigma,which has acquired the approve and has realized mass production.
