不同生境中亚沙棘亚种表型遗传分化规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 在新疆和田、喀什和伊宁3个不同地区采取中亚沙棘样本49株,主要从果实形态、种子形态和叶片特性方面对中亚沙棘进行了比较分析,结果表明:中亚沙棘3个居群的种子长度未达到显著差异水平,但宽度、厚度则呈极显著差异水平;种子千粒重在5.36-16.77g之间,3个居群的千粒重达到极显著差异水平。种子千粒重与种子宽度、厚度呈极显著相关,而与种子长度和长宽比未达到显著相关水平,表明种子千粒重主要决定于种子的宽度和厚度,而与种子长度和种子形状关系不密切。3个居群果实的纵径、横径均达到极显著差异水平,但果实纵横比无显著差异,表明三个居群果实形态差异不明显。中亚沙棘百果重为9.30-32.2g,百果重与果实纵径、横径均呈极显著正相关关系,但与纵横比没有明显相关性,表明中亚沙棘百果重主要决定于果实的纵径和横径,与果实形态无关。 49 H.rhamnoides subsp.turkestanica samples were drawn from 3 different regions in Hetian,Kashi and Yining of Xinjiang.The analysis focuses on comparison of the fruit shape,seed shape,and features of leaves of H.rhamnoides subsp.turkestanica.The lengths of the seeds of the 3 different H.rhamnoides subsp.turkestanica populations has not shown significant variations.However,the widths and thickness have shown extremely obvious variations.The 1000 seed weights of H.rhamnoides subsp.turkestanica ranges between 5.36~16.77g,which have reached the level of extreme differences.However it does not have obvious relationship to the length,and length-width ratio.This indicates that 1000 seed weight mainly depends on the width and thickness,while it does not have close relationship to the length and shape of the seeds.The vertical and transverse diameter of the fruits of the 3 different H.rhamnoides subsp.turkestanica populations have shown extremely obvious variations.However,the ratio of vertical and transverse diameter of the fruits does not show significant differences.The 100 berry-weight of H.rhamnoides subsp.turkestanica is 9.30~32.2g.The correlation analysis indicate that the 100 berry-weight are positively correlated with the vertical and transverse diameters,Nevertheless,it does not have significant relationship with the ratio of vertical and transverse diameters.This demonstrates that the 100 berry-weight of H.rhamnoides subsp.turkestanica depends on the vertical and transverse diameters of the fruits,but does not have much to do with the shape of the fruits.
