摘要
应用程序升温气相色谱法同时测定伊班膦酸钠原料中4种有机残留溶剂的含量.采用PE Elite 17毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×1.8 m),氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)进行测定.在该实验条件下,甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、甲苯质量浓度与峰面积线性关系良好.该气相色谱法简单、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于该药物中有机溶剂残留量的测定.
A programmed temperature gas chromatography method for simultaneous determination of 4 residual organic solvents in ibandronate sodium was developed.A PE Elite 17 capillary column（30 m×0.25 mm×1.8μ%em）was used with FID detector.Under this experimental conditions,there was good linear relationship between the experimental concentrations of methanol,ethanol,acetone and methylbenzene with the peak area.The method is simple,accurate,sensitive and reproducible,which can be used for the determination of the residual organic solvents in ibandronate sodium.
