综述了玉米蛋白粉的组成、营养价值及其成分特点,并且阐述了国内利用玉米蛋白粉开发出的提取玉米黄色素、天然β-胡萝卜素、玉米醇溶蛋白、氨基酸,制备玉米活性肽等用途。
Summarized composition,nutrition and the composition characteristics of CGM,and elaborated other applications using corn gluten meal at home,such as the extraction of maize yellow pigment,natural β-carotene,zein,amino acids,preparation of corn peptides and so on.
