含铁聚硅酸SPFS处理炼油工业废水的研究

摘要 以硅酸钠、稀硫酸和硫酸铁为原料研制了一种高稳定含铁聚硅酸 混凝剂 S P F S。实验了它对炼油工业废水的混凝处理能力以及对剩余污泥的脱水性能,并对其混凝机理进行了探讨。实验结果表明: S P F S在较宽的 p H 值范围内对炼油工业废水具有良好的混凝处理效果,且破乳性能好;用于污泥脱水,具有投加量少、滤饼含水率低,且滤液澄清、透光性好的特点。其混凝效果明显优于 P A C 和 P F S。 Stabilized polymeric ferric silicate (SPFS),a new kind of coagulant,has been prepared by using sodium silicate,sulfate acid and ferric sulfate as row materials.Test about its application in refinery wastewater treatment and sludge dewatering was made and the coagulation mechanism was discussed.The experimental results showed that SPFS has a good coagulation effect in disposal of refinery wastewater with wide scope of pH;after dewatering the water ratio of sludge decreased obviously,meanwhile the filter liquor was clarified.The coagulation effect of SPFS has a great advantage over PAC and PFS.
