摘要
"课堂沉默症"的普遍存在,一方面可以归因为学生的惰性,更为重要地是由于课堂教学传播中"教师独白"的大量存在。构建充满活力与魅力的互动式课堂教学,首先需要教师更新师生观、课堂观、教学价值观及教学效果观等课堂教学传播观念;其次要求创新课堂教学传播策略,即精选教学材料、组合教学方法、创设教学情境、巧用"峰谷技巧"、拓宽交流渠道和注重教学反馈等。只有这样才能达到预期的课堂教学效果。
The universal existence of the "classroom silence disease" can be attributed to the inertia of the students on one hand. While anoth- er more important reason is the copious existence of the "teacher soliloquy" in the classroom teaching. In order to establish the interactive classroom teaching model full of vigor and fascination, teachers firstly need to update these classroom teaching media concepts such as teacher --student concept, classroom concept, teaching values and teaching effect concept. And secondly, teachers also need to constantly bring forth new ideas to the classroom teaching media strategies, namely careful selection of the teaching materials, combination of the teaching methods, establishment of the teaching situation, ingenious use Of "peak and valley skills", the broadening of communication channels and the stress on the teaching feedbacks. Only in this way can we realize the desired effect of classroom teaching.
