The Construction of Small-scale Major Needs Tutorial System More——For Example of the Dress Design Major in Huzhou Vocational and Technological College

小专业的建设和发展面临许多的难题和挑战,寻找合适的教学模式是提高教学质量的关键所在。导师制是近年来兴起的一种新型的教学模式,有多种形式存在。分析小专业教学的特点,以湖职院服装专业为例,探寻一条适合小专业建设的导师制的教学模式。从导师制的构建内容和管理方法及其可行性的研究,论述了导师制在小专业建设中的必要性和重要意义,在倡导教师育人的教学方针下更有其积极意义。

The construction and development of small-scale major faces many difficulties and challenges. Searching for a proper teaching is the key to imrove teaching quality. Tutorial system is a new teaching model which has a variety of existence forms. Taking the dress design major of our college as the examle, analyze the characteristics of small- scale major teaching and explore a teaching model which is best for the construction of small- scale major. This paper discussed the necessity and significance of tutorial system from the angle of the content, the management method and the feasibility study. It is very significant under advocating the rincile of educating talents.
