期望理论视角下的高职高专教师激励研究 被引量:1

摘要 高职高专教师是高职高专教育中最为活跃的因素,如何充分调动高职高专教师的工作积极性,是一个非常值得研究的课题。期望理论是当前比较流行的一种激励理论,如何站在这一理论背景下,探讨高职高专教师积极性的调动,是一个非常必要也很及时的课题。笔者针对当前影响高职高专教师积极性的因素进行分析,具体分析了努力、绩效、奖励、目标、工具性等因素,并在此基础上制定出有效提高高职高专教师积极性的若干激励策略。 The teachers of the higher vocational colleges are the most active factor in the education of higher vocational colleges. It is an important subject worth studying to efficiently arouse the enthusiasm of teachers of higher vocational colleges. And expectancy theory is nowadays a very popular motivation theory. So under such this theory, it is a very necessary and prompt subject to investigate the ways to arouse the enthusiasm of teachers of higher vocational colleges. The author of this paper analyses some factors of influencing the enthusiasm of teachers of higher vocational colleges, such as efforts, performance, encourage and rewanl, objectives, instrumentality, etc. And under this base the author also works out some incentive strategies to promote the enthusiasm of these teachers effectively.
