职业教育要确立＂以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,以学生为中心,以能力为本位＂的办学理念,培养高质量的技术型、技能型人才。在职业教育的实际工作过程中,应该重视学生的职业生涯发展定位教育,重视学生生活能力的提高与职业素养的形成教育。应该教会学生自我分析的方法,使学生学会自我分析、自我定位,明确自己的职业方向与目标,并制定相应的计划,避免就业的盲目性,降低职校生就业失败的可能性,为学生个人走向职业成功寻找到有效的途径和方法。学会自身的职业定位,是职校生迈出职业生涯成功的关键一步。在职业教育的实践过程中,SWOT分析法不失为一种对学生自身职业定位进行有效分析的方法之一。

The vocational education must establish such ideas of running schools as ＂to take services as the purpose, to guide employment as the direction, to take the students as the centre, and take the ability as the basic unit＂ so as to train high-quality talents of technology-oriented management and professional skills. During the actual process of vocational education, we should think highly of both the education of the anchors of development of the students＇ vocational career and the education of raising the student＇s abilities of living and the formation of vocational qualifications. We should also teach the students the ways to analyze themselves in order to learn to analyze themselves and anchor themselves, ensure their vocational orientations and goals. At the same time, we should establish proper plans to avoid the blindness of employment and to cut down the possibilities of the failures of the vocational students＇ employment, so as to make them find the effective ways of their professional successes. During the practical process of the vocational education, SWOT analysis is one of the most effective ways to analyze the self-career-anchors for the vocational students.
