摘要
5t长钩使用半年多就发生断裂失效。采用断口分析、金相检验、化学成分分析等方法对断裂吊钩进行了分析,结果表明其过早脆断主要是加工不当引起,其柄部加工偏心导致吊钩所受应力集中偏向于一侧,该侧螺纹根部因应力集中而首先产生裂纹并迅速扩展,最终导致脆性断裂。提高加工精度,注意装配时的工艺检查,能有效防止类似失效的再次发生。
The 5t long hook fractures after using for more than six months. Fracture analysis, metaHographic test, chemical component analysis and other methods are used to analyze the hook, the results show that the premature brittle fracture is mainly caused by improper processing. Because of its processing eccentric shank, the stress concentration causes the partial deviation to one side, whose thread root stress concentration brings about cracks at first and then rapid expansion, which leads to brittle fracture. Thus to improve working accuracy and to pay attention to the check of the assembly process can prevent similar failure from happening again.
