摘要
产权改革是垄断行业改革的一个核心问题,中国燃气行业改革应朝着产权多元化的方向发展,以国有相对控股为改革目标,并在企业和行业两个层面上不断深化改革,以最终实现整个行业改革的完成和效率的提升。
Property right reform is a core issue of the reform of monopoly industries. The Chinese gas industry reform should be moving forward in the direction of diversification of property fight. The goal of reform should be state-owned relative control model in both enterprise and industry level in order to eventually achieve the completion of industry reform and efficiency improvement.
