摘要
简要分析并描述了概念设计中产品创新的多种功能结构特征建模表示方法.采用1种基于作用流的产品结构特征建模方法,对产品创新概念设计功能结构特征进行建模.以复合式旋流器产品为例,结合产品概念设计FAST(Function Analysis System Technique)方法对该产品进行了功能结构特征建模.利用所建立的复合式旋流器产品功能结构黑箱模型及产品各部分功能链,如人手、人力、开/关、电能、混合液和旋流器等6部分功能链,完成复合式旋流器的功能结构特征模型,通过研究发现复合式旋流器主要在振动、噪音、密封、磨损及可靠性等方面存在缺点,创新方法启示的结果将为复合式旋流器产品创新方案的产生及冲突问题的有效解决提供重要的参考.
Firstly, current representation methods for feature modeling are summarized on diverse functional structures in the conceptual design process of product innovation. By using a stream-based modeling method, the product structural features are extracted. Based on an example of compound hydro- cyclones, the Function Analysis System Technique (FAST) is integrated. Through a black-box model and such functional chains of components as staff number, human resource, on/off device, electric power, compound liquid and hydro-cyclones, relevant functional feature model is then implemented. Finally, it is found that such weaknesses as vibration, noise, leakage and wear exist in compound hydro-cyclones. Therefore, this approach has set a reference to innovative generation of design options and effective solution on design conflicts.
