摘要 从感应电机电磁噪声产生的机理出发,对比了影响电磁噪声重要因素之一的槽配合的几种方案,采用谐波分析和有限元仿真对气隙磁密和电磁力谐波进行了分析,并运用该方法对某电机对比分析,得出的结论具有一致性. Vibration and noise level is one of important targets of motor's quality.Based on the fundamentals of induction motor's electromagnetic noise,several kinds of projects about slot-combination are compared,which is one of important factors of electromagnetic noise.Then,harmonic analytical method and FEM are used to analyze the harmonics of air-gap flux density and electromagnetic force.From comparison of a certain motor,the conclusion from these two methods is same.Besides,the manner dealing with the electromagnetic problems is also helpful to motor optimization to some degree.
