摘要
针对传统的电机参数监测系统的不足,提出了一种基于TMS320F2812的监测电机参数的新方法.本系统利用DSP强大的数据处理能力,采用同步方波变换及锁相环倍频技术、FFT算法、瞬时无功功率算法、数据采集技术、数字信号处理技术,对同步采样得到的信号进行处理,计算所需的电流、电压实时有效值,有功功率,无功功率.实验结果证明TMS320F2812满足监测的实时性要求.
In view of the shortcoming of the traditional monitoring systems of machine parameters,this paper advances a new monitoring method of machine parameters which is based on TMS302F2812.The system makes use of the powerful data-processing capability by means of synchronous square-wave transform and phase-locked frequency multiplication,Fast Fourier Transform(FFT),instantaneous reactive power theory,date acquisition and digital signal process(DSP),dealing with the signals sampled by synchronous sampling and calculating the required current,voltage,active power and reactive power which are real-time RMS.The results of the experiment show that the speed of TMS320F2812 processing date can satisfy the requirement of the online monitoring.
