加味一贯煎联合黛力新治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴焦虑65例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of 65 Cases of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis and Anxiety Treated with Modified Yiguanjian and Deanxit

目的对加味一贯煎联合黛力新治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴焦虑状态的患者进行临床疗效观察。方法将65例患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组32例。所有病例均符合慢性萎缩性胃炎诊断标准;符合临床焦虑状态诊断标准,未服用过其他抗焦虑药物;符合胃脘痛之胃阴亏虚证型。治疗组使用加味一贯煎联合黛力新治疗,对照组仅使用加味一贯煎治疗。比较两组治疗后改善情况。结果治疗组慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗总有效率为93.94%,对照组为71.88%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后量表评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味一贯煎联合黛力新治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴焦虑状态疗效明显,优于单纯中药治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on chronic atrophic gastritis combined with anxiety treated with modified yiguanjian and deanxit.Methods 65 cases were randomized into a treatment group（33 cases）and a control group（32 cases）.All the cases met the diagnostic criteria of chronic atrophic gastritis and anxiety.All the cases had never been treated with anxiolytic drugs and they were in accordance with stomach yin deficiency pattern of epigastric pain.In treatment group,modified yiguanjian and deanxit were applied in combination.In control group,only modified yiguanjian was used.The improvements after treatment were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of chronic atrophic gastritis was 93.94% in treatment group and was 71.88% in control group,indicating significant statistical difference in comparison（P0.05）.SAS after treatment was lower than that before treatment in either group（P0.05）and the total score after treatment in treatment group was lower than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The alliance therapy of modified yiguanjian and deanxit has apparent efficacy on chronic atrophic gastritis combined with anxiety,superior to the effect of simple Chinese herbal therapy.Hence,this alliance therapy deserves to be promoted in practice.
