鼻内窥镜下治疗鼻出血的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Nasal Endoscopic Treatment of Epistaxis

目的通过鼻内窥镜检查及治疗,探讨和观察鼻内窥镜在治疗鼻出血的临床应用和疗效,准确而细致地查明鼻出血的部位,进一步采取有效的治疗方法。方法对我院2007年6月～2009年6月收治的80例鼻出血患者行鼻内窥镜下检查及治疗效果进行回顾性临床分析,术后随访观察3个月以上。结果 80例鼻出血患者经过鼻内窥镜下检查及微波治疗、凡士林纱条及膨胀止血海绵局部填塞压迫治疗后,本组病例均未再出现出血,无鼻腔粘连、鼻中隔穿孔及心脑血管意外等并发症出现,治愈率达97.5%。结论鼻内窥镜下检查治疗鼻出血具有定位准确、减少患者痛苦,快捷、方便、安全、止血彻底可靠、疗效好、并发症少等特点,是值得耳鼻喉科医师在临床上推广应用治疗鼻出血的一种常规有效手段。

Objective Epistaxis is one of the common acute symptoms in ENT department.With the examination and treatment under nasal endoscopy,the clinical application and efficacy of nasal endoscopic therapy were explored and observed on epistaxis.The location of epistaxis was detected carefully and precisely.The effective therapeutic method was adopted.Methods The retrospective clinical analysis was conducted in 80 cases of epistaxis with nasal endoscopic examination and treatment.All the cases were collected from June 2007 to June 2009 in the hospital.The post-operative follow-up lasted over 3 months.Results After nasal endoscopic examination,microwave treatment,local filling and compression treatment with vaseline gauze strip and expansion hemostatic sponge,bleeding was not recurred in any of 80 cases.There were no complications such as nasal adhesion,perforation of the nasal septum and cardiocerebrovascular accident.The curative rate was up to 97.5%.Conclusion Nasal endoscopic examination and treatment of epistaxis is characterized as accurate localization,less pains to patient,thorough,reliable,convenient and safe operation of hemostatsis,good efficacy and few complications.Thus,it is a common effective approach in the treatment of epistaxis and deserves to be promoted in clinical practice by ENT physician.
