疾病所致ABO血型变异及改造研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 ABH血型抗原是在红细胞、内皮细胞、上皮细胞表面的糖蛋白或糖脂类蛋白上发现的碳水化合物结构。血型物质的前体H受糖基转移酶的修饰和控制。糖基转移酶是由ABO基因的1对等位基因决定，而红细胞上的H抗原则由FuT1基因控制的岩藻糖基转移酶所决定。A抗原由N-乙酰半乳糖胺修饰H抗原表达；
