1990年代以来广东省县域经济差异研究

Study on County Economic Disparity in Guangdong Province since 1990s

以县域为基本地域单元,分析1990年代以来广东省县域经济的差异。研究表明,1990年代以来,广东经济发展由初级产品生产阶段进入工业化高级阶段的初期,1995和2002年是其演变的拐点年。广东省县域经济差异在逐步增大,越是发达的地区其区域差异越大;在空间演变上表现出先分散后集中再分散的动态变化过程。通过县市经济类型区的分析发现:(1)广东由原来典型的核心-边缘结构发展为明显的圈层结构;(2)广东在极化作用持续加强、区域差异不断扩大的同时,扩散效应已开始显现;(3)欠发达地区总体上难以摆脱经济发展落后的局面,但局部地区由于资源及特殊的机遇而优先发展起来,低水平均衡被打破;(4)原增长极范围扩大,出现新增长极。由此归纳出核心城市、较发达地区和欠发达地区3种县域经济发展模式。

At county level,this paper analyzes economic disparity in Guangdong Province since 1990s,and concludes that Guangdong has entered into initial period of advanced stage of industrialization from primary production stage,of which 1995 and 2002 are the turning points.The county economic disparity（CED） has been increasing gradually with the characteristic of the more developed the region,the higher economic disparity.The CED in Guangdong is comparatively big,with a dynamic spatial evolution process from diffusive to concentrated and diffusive again.The whole province can be divided into seven types of county economic areas（CEA） in 1991 and six in 2008.The following conclusions are found：（1）The distribution of CEA is from core-periphery structure to layer structure;（2）The diffusion effects have emerged in the process of the economic polarization and regional disparity;（3）In general,less developed areas are difficult to change the condition of economic backwardness,but some local areas have developed well because of abundant resources and some other special opportunities;（4）The original growth pole has expanded,meanwhile the new growth poles have emerged.At last,the authors sum up three patterns of county economic development as follows：core city development pattern;more developed area development pattern;less developed area development pattern.
