河南县域经济发展研究

Study on County Economy Development of Henan

河南是一个农业大省,发展壮大河南县域经济对建设中原经济区、推进河南经济和社会发展、全面建设小康社会具有至关重要的战略意义和现实意义。首先阐述了河南县域经济发展的现状;其次对河南工业发展滞后、农业现代化进程缓慢、县域产业结构层次不高、人均财政收入低、地方政府缺乏对经济和社会的调控能力等问题进行了剖析;最后提出了加快县域经济发展的对策建议,即推进县域城乡统筹发展和农业现代化,加大对县域经济的支持力度,打造特色优势产业集群。

Henan is a province famous for its farming production.The development of county economy in Henan is vital important to the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone and the modernization process of Henan＇s economy and society development as well as the building a well-off society in an all-round way.This paper analyses the existing circumstances of county economy development of Henan Province.It points out problems of the inadequate development of Henan＇s industry,the slow progress of agricultural modernization,the low level of county industrial structure,the low per capita average incomes and the lack of ability to modulate the economy and society and so on.It also provides countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the development of county economy development of Henan Province.
