摘要
"十二五"时期要解决我国的就业问题,需要有新的思路。要将促进就业作为我国经济社会政策的基本优先目标,转变经济增长是促进就业增长惟一途径的观念,对经济增长与就业的关系重新认识,充分发挥政府在促进就业中的作用。
We must have new thinking in dealing with the problems of employment in the 12th Five -Year. As one of the basic goals to promote employment, we must realize the relationship between economic growth and employment, transform economic growth mode and give full play of governments role.
