日粮中添加微生态制剂对豪猪生产性能及血液生化指标影响的研究

Effect of Probiotic in Diets on the Growth Performance and Blood Biochemistry Parameters of Porcupine

为探讨日粮中添加微生态制剂对豪猪日增重和料重比及血液生化指标的影响,选取3月龄体重相近豪猪18只,随机分成2组,每组9只,3个重复(1公2母),分别饲喂2种不同的日粮:对照组为基础日粮,试验组为基础日粮+0.5%微生态制剂,进行28 d的饲养试验,测定试验豪猪的日增重、料重比及白蛋白、尿素氮、谷丙转氨酶等血液生化指标。结果表明:在整个试验期间,试验组豪猪日增重升高,料重比降低;白蛋白、尿素氮、球蛋白升高,谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶降低,生产性能及血液生化指标有改善的趋势。

This study aimed to investigate the effect of probiotics in diets on the daily gain,feed conversion ratio and blood biochemical indexes of porcupine.18 three months age similar weight porcupine were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,each 9 and 3 repeats（1 male 2 female）.They were fed 2 different diets： basal diets for control group and basis plus 0.5% dietary probiotics for experimental group.The feeding trial had been persisting for 28 d and daily gain,feed ratio and albumin,urea nitrogen,alanine aminotransferase and other blood biochemical parameters of porcupine were determined.The results showed that the daily gain,albumin,urea nitrogen and globulin increased,and feed gain ratio,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase decreased,and production performance and blood biochemical indicators trended to improve in the entire trial period for the experimental group animals.
