Coupling Relationship between Land Consolidation and New Countryside Construction:Theory Foundation and Frame Study

研究土地整理与新农村建设耦合关系,对于协调二者关系,促进我国土地整理事业健康可持续发展,推动社会主义新农村建设具有重要意义。本文提出了土地整理与新农村建设耦合关系的内涵,分析了研究的理论基础,勾绘了研究的内容框架:首先从理论上剖析并构建土地整理与新农村建设耦合关系的理论体系框架,提出研究方法;进而展开土地整理与新农村建设耦合关系的量化研究。

Study on the coupling relationship between land consolidation and new countryside construction, has been an important and urgent task for the purpose of harmonizing their relationship, promoting the healthy development of land consolidation and ensuring the implementation of new socialist countryside construction. This paper proposes the essence of the coupling relationship between land consolidation and new countryside construction, analyzes its theory foundation, paints the research frame contents: firstly, systematically analysis the theory of the coupling relationship between land consolidation and new countryside construction, then to put forward the method of the researching; secondly, the study on the quantity method of them.
