通过对某６ 层住宅楼出现的墙体裂缝进行的外观检查， 沉降、倾斜、裂缝发展检测以及基础复核，找出了墙体开裂的原因，提出了合理的加固方法及措施。

Through the visual examination of the fissures occuring on the walls of a six-storey resident building,the measurement of settlement,inclination and fissures' development,and the check on the foundation, finding out the reasons ofwalls' fissures,putting forward some methods and measures of rational reinforcing.
