皮层SⅠ区伤害感受神经元对电刺激腹后外侧核的反应

摘要 目的:探讨 SⅠ区伤害感受神经元及 V P L核在痛觉调制中的作用。方法:用细胞内记录技术,观察 SⅠ区伤害感受神经元细胞内电位及对刺激 V P L的反应。结果:9036% 的 SⅠ区伤害感受神经元对刺激 V P L产生反应。电刺激隐神经和刺激 V P L在 SⅠ区伤害感受神经元的诱发反应有相似与不同两种形式。结论:躯体伤害信息到 SⅠ区伤害感受神经元可能有中间神经元参与,在 V P L与 SⅠ区伤害感受神经元间或 SⅠ区内神经元间形成环路。 V P L核可能调制躯体伤害性反应。 Objective:This paper was to explore the role of ventral posterolateral nucleus(VPL) and nociceptive neurons in primary sensory cortex(SⅠ) in pain regulation.Methods: With intracellular recording techniques,we studied the intracellular potentials of nociceptive neurons in SⅠ evoked by stimulating saphenous nerve and VPL.Results: Nociceptive neurons(90.36%) in SⅠ area produced response to stimulating VPL. The defferent paths might be the circuits that were consisted of interneurons,nociceptive neurons of VPL and SⅠ. VPL might be involved in the regulation to pain.
