日澳安全关系探析

日澳安全关系贯穿于双方一个多世纪的历史交往之中。期间,日澳演绎了间接盟友、敌对、伙伴、同盟等安全关系范式。20世纪末,在日澳双边关系中日益凸显的安全关系,不仅是双方强化的重点,也是亚太安全体系的焦点。当今,日澳对双边安全关系模式的构建,既反映了日澳安全战略的发展动向,也触发了亚太安全格局的微妙变化。本文从纵向的视角来分析日澳安全关系的发展演变,揭示其本质特点,探讨其目前面临的挑战和今后发展的方向。

It has been more than one hundred years since the security relationship existed between Japan and Australia.So far,the patterns of Japan-Australia security relationship have witnessed experienced vicissitude of changes including the indirect allies,enemies,partners and being of the same alliance.At the end of 20th century,the importance of Japan-Australia security relationship is increasingly standing out in their bilateral relations and Asia-Pacific security system.At present,constructing the pattern of bilateral security relationships by Japan and Australia,not only reflects the tendency of Japan-Australia security strategy,but also triggers subtle changes of Asia-Pacific security pattern.The purpose of this article is intended for analyzing the development and changes of the security relationship of Japan-Australia,revealing its essence and characteristics and making an exploration into the challenges it is facing and the orientation of its future development.
