The Surgical Treatment for Lateral Sinus Thrombophlebitis

目的：为进一步明确目前侧窦血栓性静脉炎的治疗方法。方法：回顾总结分析了 ５０ 年代～９０ 年代中期侧窦血栓性静脉炎治疗的变迁。结果：合并侧窦炎的中耳炎性质、侧窦周围及窦壁变化各年代组无明显差异。但是合并颅内并发症、死亡率在逐年减少，同时显著地缩短了治愈时间，侧窦的处理也日趋简单。结论：结果表明应用大剂量抗生素、乳突手术和显露侧窦是目前治疗侧窦炎的主要方法。无须行侧窦结扎和取血栓。

Methods:We reviewed and analysed the treatment and its alteration for lateral sinus thrombophlebitis from 1950′s to 1990′s.Results:The quality of otitis media combined with lateral sinusis,the change of the wall and region surrounding lateral sinus showed no difference among different year groups. But the death rate of otitis media combined with intracranial complication decreased significantly. The treatment to lateral sinus became more simple.Conclusion:The application of large amount of antibiotics, tympanomastoid operation and lateral sinus exposure are the main treatment to lateral sinusis at present.It is not necessary to take out thrombosis and ligate lateral sinus.
