摘要
通过仿真得出三相二极管全波整流器空载电压与桥臂二极管吸收电容和空载电阻的函数关系,指出电路参数配合不当会导致空载电压超过设备安全及运行电压的限制值;为此,介绍了整流器换流过电压的生成及其限制,分析了直流侧过压吸收阻容在整流器元件换流过程中的作用及其限制换流过电压的作用原理,并得出取消整流器二极管的全部吸收阻容能有效限制空载过电压的结论。
The function relationship is achieved among no-load voltage of three-phase diode full-wave rectifier,absorbing capacitance of bridge diode and no-load resistance by simulation.It illustrates that the no-load voltage will exceed the limit value of equipments?safety and running voltage due to the inappropriate circuit parameters.It introduces the formation and limit factors of commutation overvoltage,analyzes the function of absorbing resistance-capacitance for DC side overvoltage during the components?commutation as well as the function theory of limited commutation overvoltage.The conclusion is obtained that the no-load overvoltage can be restricted by elimination of all absorbing resistance-capacitance for rectifier抯 diode.
