Modem citizen should have the character of civic virtue. But traditional moral education in the university bears too much functions of ideology, which makes the lack of civic virtue＇s training. Therefore, establishing the correct values, practicing concept of modem moral education, and nurturing modem citizens with civic virtue is a refreshing opportunity for the moral education in the university.
