摘要
从教师信念的概念出发,着重阐述了教师信念与教学计划(课程设计)、教学行为、教育科研及教师专业发展之间的关系。指出应该经常反思和不断更新自己的教师信念,进而有助于教师教学效率的提高和自身的专业发展。
Starting from teacher's belief, this paper mainly analyses the relationship between teachers' belief and teaching plan(instructional design), teaching behavior, educational research and professional growth. To improve teacher's teaching efficiency and teacher's self-development, this paper suggests that teachers should usually reflect and update their beliefs.
