Construction and Practice on the Training Model of Applied Talents of Mechanical Engineering

针对当前机械工程应用型本科人才培养中存在的问题,从机械工程应用型本科人才应具备的基本素质出发,以培养工程应用型技术人才为导向,注重技术创新与工程实践能力的培养,对突出工程能力的机械工程应用型人才培养方案的构建进行了探讨,新的人才培养方案在教学实践过程中取得了阶段性的成果。

In view of the problems of the applied talents of mechanical engineering training program, based on the basic qualities the applied talents should have, this article aims at training engineering applied technical personnel, emphasizes technology innovation and engineering practical skills training, discusses the construction of training program of the mechanical engineering applied talent which focuses on engineering ability, and the new training program has achieved results in teaching practice.
