祛风止痒丸联合拔罐放血疗法治疗湿疹80例疗效观察

Treatment of eczema by combination of Qufengzhiyang pill and ventouse and puncture therapy

目的观察祛风止痒丸联合拔罐放血疗法治疗湿疹的疗效。方法将160例湿疹患者随机分为2组,治疗组80例予祛风止痒丸联合拔罐放血疗法治疗,对照组80例予湿毒清胶囊口服配合肤痔清软膏外用治疗。2组均治疗30 d后,对患者进行湿疹面积及严重度指数(EASI)及SCORAD指数评分。结果 2组治疗后EASI及SCORAD评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后EASI及SCORAD评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论祛风止痒丸联合拔罐放血疗法治疗湿疹疗效显著,且无毒副作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of eczema treated by combination of Qufengzhiyang pill and ventouse and puncture therapy.Methods 160 patients with eczema were randomly divided into two groups.80 cases in treatment group were treated by combination of Qufengzhiyang pill and ventouse and puncture therapy.80 patients in control group were treated by Shiduqing oral capsule and Fuzhiqing topical ointments.EASI and SCORAD score were carried on 30 days after treatment.Results The score of EASI and SCORAD after treatment was lower than those before treatment in two groups（P0.01）.The score of EASI and SCORAD in treatment group was lower than those in control group after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion The combination of Qufengzhiyang pill and ventouse and puncture therapy has obvious effect on eczema.
